Tribute to Dr Goh
• Draw a place in your school or neighbourhood which you want to make a better place for everyone.
•Show how you would improve the area by redrawing or adding on to your first drawing.
•Explain how your ideas show care for others.
1.If I’d had a chance to meet Dr Goh Keng Swee, what would I have said to him?
2.Who can I care for now? What will I do to show care ? When will I start caring for this person?

If I had a chance to meet Dr Goh Keng Swee,I would like to thank him for creating national service.Because if we had a war,we have a army to defence us.
ReplyDeleteThe person who I care from now on is my parent.because they brought me up.I think the way that I can show care is by helping them doing housework so they will not be too stress.
If I'd had a chance to meet Dr Goh Keng Swee, I would thank him for his immense contribution to Singapore.If Singapore did not had such a leader like him,Singapore might have suffer.
ReplyDeleteI care for two person,that is my parents,as they are my closest person.I will behave myself well and try my best to help them when they have met problems.
If I have a chance to meet Dr Goh keng swee I would thanks him for all his tribute to Singapore, Singapore may still be under other country’s rule. I would also learn from him on how to make Singapore a better place, for we are Singaporean.
ReplyDeleteI would care for my parents, they are the ones who brought me up and teach me how to walk, run, write… I would help them do some house work and help her look my cousin and me.
I think Dr Goh had indeed laid a strong foundation for the younger generation of SIngaporeans such that we can now be independent and self-sufficient. Not many countries were able to flourished within a short period of time. Had it not been for the foresight and strong leadership of a great man like Dr Goh, Singapore would still be a tiny dot on a global map relying on other countries for resources.
